Alexa Smith

Alexa Smith is an actor and model based in New York City. She started acting at age 10 alongside her dad at PURE THEATRE in Charleston, South Carolina. She was accepted into the acting conservatory at the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities as a drama major and was a 2021 YoungArts Winner for theatre. She continued her acting education at Fordham University, Lincoln Center as an Acting Performance Theatre major, where she graduated in May 2025. During her time at Fordham Theatre, she originated two roles, “Tula” in Rajiv Joseph's Horoscope and “Annie” in Tony Menses’s La Cocina. She has acted in over 8 independent films since moving to NYC and will lead the feature Kelly and Kai as “Kelly” coming out December 2025. Alexa is passionate about telling stories, making films, working with creative people, and exploring the human spirit through theatre and film.
